We provide qualified and efficient personnel for short-term needs to keep fast-paced projects on schedule. We create an advantage that others cannot – we boost productivity while maintaining complete control and ease in managing fluctuations in workload. TSI absorbs all administrative functions and labor costs such as payroll management and insurance liabilities, which has the added benefit of significant savings for our Partners.

Recruiting

Before recommending a candidate for a permanent position with your company, we will manage the sourcing, screening, testing and training to ensure that your new employee will be the best-qualified, most prepared person for the job. With completion of minimal contract requirements, you have the option to hire the employee. Our program allows Partners to evaluate how well a prospective new hire aligns with the  company’s needs without the time consuming process associated with hiring and assessing skill levels, and without the cost and trouble of advertising. 

Training Programs

Safety awareness is a core focus at TSI. Our comprehensive safety program meets OSHA requirements, and is managed by TSI’s dedicated Safety Officer. This continuous training and monitoring helps our employees maintain a safe working environment.

Apprenticeship

We encourage our employees to continuously develop their skills through our DOL registered apprentice program and a continuing education program to assist craftsmen on up-to-date code changes, new technology, and evolving techniques. Read more about our Electrical Apprentice Program.

Value-Added Services

  • Safety officer to conduct monthly safety compliance meetings for all of Partner’s employees at job sites where TSI employees are working. We handle all required record keeping

  • Monthly “New Technique” training for all of Partner’s employees at job sites where TSI Employees are working. (Please request list of classes available – training done at job site or Partner’s office)

  • Project Estimating/Bid Assistance (on labor only)

  • I-9 Form compliance and completion audit for TSI and Partner’s employees:  For every 1 TSI employee, 5 of Partner’s employees forms are reviewed

  • Review of and dispute of unemployment and workers comp claims as required for TSI and Partner’s employees at job sites where TSI employees are working, in which there is 1 TSI employee and 5 of Partner’s employees

  • Use of TSI Minority status when bidding a project provided TSI employees will be utilized on that project

  • Right to offer to hire any TSI Field employee on assignment with Partner after 30 days with no fee due to TSI – Acceptance of TSI employee not guaranteed

  • Listed as an additional insured party on our $1,000,000 general liability and workers compensation policy
