TSI guarantees your total satisfaction with the performance of each tradesperson we assign to your project. If you are not completely satisfied with the work performed by any tradesperson(s) during the course of your project, simply notify your account manager by or before 5 p.m. of the same day the dissatisfaction occurs and the tradesperson(s) in question will be replaced within 24 hours. You will not be billed for the hours worked by the first tradesperson(s) for that day.

TSI guarantees that 100% of all the requested tradesperson(s) will report to your job site within 24-36 hours of your request (weekends included) or we will credit $100 to your account.

We guarantee that our tradesperson(s) will be present for 95% or more of the total available straight time hours over the duration of the project (excluding emergencies, illnesses or accidents where the Partner’s supervisor has approved the tradesperson’s absence, and chooses to retain the position for said tradesperson rather than requesting a replacement). We will credit your account $500 if we fail to achieve 95% attendance.

TSI guarantees that no more than one out of every three assigned tradesperson(s) will require an interpreter. We also will have assigned one or more bilingual tradesperson(s). Should we fail to meet these goals at any time during the course of the project, we will credit your account for this project, on a one time only basis, for $500.
