By managing the search, recruitment, assessment and reference check processes, TSI provides our Partners with highly qualified electricians, while helping them maintain their competitive edge and maximize profitability.

Contract Placement

We provide qualified and efficient personnel for short-term needs to keep fast-paced projects on schedule. We create an advantage that others cannot – we boost productivity while maintaining complete control and ease in managing fluctuations in workload. TSI absorbs all administrative functions and labor costs such as payroll management and insurance liabilities, which has the added benefit of significant savings for our Partners.

Recruiting

Before recommending a candidate for a permanent position with your company, we will manage the sourcing, screening, testing and training to ensure that your new employee will be the best-qualified, most prepared person for the job. With completion of minimal contract requirements, you have the option to hire the employee. Our program allows Partners to evaluate how well a prospective new hire aligns with the  company’s needs without the time consuming process associated with hiring and assessing skill levels, and without the cost and trouble of advertising. 

Direct Placement

Direct Placement offers a distinct advantage to our Partners, because we handle the complete administrative function. We offer contractors a structured, cost-effective alternative for the traditional in-house recruiting and employee management function. TSI improves and simplifies the entire process while our Partners retain complete personnel control.

Payroll Responsibilities

As your company maximizes the retention of staff, we take the responsibility of all payroll, tax obligations and insurance coverage.  The advantage of this service is the inclusive provision of comprehensive management reports, check reconciliation as well as printing and delivering checks for weekly and biweekly pay periods.
